We often see products and services being promoted by companies who put forward technical features and characteristics that certainly seem important to their inventors. But will customers really care? In most cases, they are completely indifferent to those details. Your job is to trigger their interest by showing them how your product can help with resolving their problem.
In a workshop, we identify the key customer drivers and barriers and develop a story that has the power to convince them about your product. This story can then be executed in assets such as a sales deck or a website. Our process works equally in B2B and B2C.
